Peekskill man accused of petit larceny at Croton's ShopRite heads to drug court
Veteran Dale Page, who was arrested at ShopRite in January for allegedly stealing from the store, could avoid jail if he succeeds in Peekskill Judge Reginald Johnson's tough rehab program.
Last month we reported on the case of Peekskill resident Dale Page, who was arrested by Croton police at our local ShopRite in January on charges related to alleged thefts from the store. Page was facing two charges, one a felony and one a misdemeanor.
