Speaking solely on personal experience, the national and local political stage is highly polarizing. In fact, things that aren’t even political are being politicized. The old adage: “the squeaky wheel gets the grease,” certainly holds true. I interpret VoC’s platform to imply that even if you’re not loud and squeaky, you will be heard.
