Well, well, well no surprise here, let’s see how little existing residents will be taken into consideration.

Well, this is the big shoe that we have been waiting to drop for a long time. Crotonites will have to decide what stance to take in real life.

I don’t know. I’d much rather a tire business that was out of sight and out of mind compared to a 300 unit development which will have far reaching consequences on this town for years to come, mostly negative in my opinion.

I’m not really against this project, better than a tire distributor, but claiming that it will only add 17 students is an insult to our collective intelligence, these consultants always seem to minimize traffic and students. Perhaps they can create a walking bridge over the railroad tracks and spruce up Senasqua so it gets more use. I don’t see this project as a net negative for Croton. I would anticipate Pugh pushing for 20% affordable as a negotiating tactic.

Does this mean with the Katz-Regan apartments, 25 S Riverside Apartments, and this proposed development, Croton will be adding approximately 1,000 apartment units??

25 S. Riverside Ave. Was that a 2 story Commercial with a Travel Agency on the 2nd Fl? It wasn’t a very big building at all.
