Meanwhile the Croton-Harmon school district has yet to tell the judge who its lawyers will be, even though PDE's motion for a preliminary injunction is already pending and an Answer is due July 15.

As we reported earlier, a member of the school board declared “Bring it on!” in response to the lawsuit filed against the district by Parents Defending Education and three anonymous Croton-Harmon parents, designated Parent A, Parent B, and Parent C. It appears that is exactly what the plaintiffs are doing.
