New media outlet hits Croton.

The Croton Bulletin uses satire to make its points, although its publisher(s) remains anonymous for the time being.

The Croton community is already blessed with at least two media outlets that cover the village closely, The Gazette and The Croton Chronicle. Now we have a third, called The Croton Bulletin.
