Numerous rumors have been flying around the village since the Croton Police Department published the following item on the police blotter. After some investigation, the Chronicle now has more details about what allegedly happened.

The Chronicle was told that the alleged victim is a resident of the housing complex but the alleged aggressor is not. The alleged attacker appears to have a criminal record.
