Election campaign reminder: Two candidate events are coming up at the end of this week -- Croton Dems on Friday, Voice of Croton on Saturday. Open to all!
Your chance to get up close and personal with the candidates in Croton's first seriously contested election in seven years. Ask those tough questions, maybe get answers.
The November 5 election for two Board of Trustee seats is just over a month away. We haven’t had a real contested election in the village for seven years, but we have plenty of contested issues, including, most prominently, housing development policy.
This is everyone’s chance to make village democracy come alive. The Chronicle will also be at both events and report on the discussions that take place and what the candidates have to say. Look forward to seeing you.

Thank you! I recommend visiting the Voice of Croton’s Gary Eisinger and Nigel Ravelo this Saturday! Two wonderful people who will represent us and listen to our wishes as residents and stop the runaway massive development.
