As part of their request to rezone 1 Half Moon Bay Drive for a 280 apartment complex, the owners of the former “Finkelstein property”—now organized as 1 Half Moon Bay Property Owner, LLC—promised to hold a series of “community meetings” about their plans for the site. This first of these was held last evening, August 27, at Capriccio’s Pizzeria & Restaurant on South Riverside Avenue. It turned out to be a lively affair in more ways than one.
