Croton-Harmon School Board Candidate Forum will be held the evening of May 14
The League of Women Voters of Northwest Westchester will sponsor the event at the Croton-Harmon High School Library, 7-8 PM. Four candidates are confirmed so far.

The Chronicle has received confirmation from the League of Women Voters of Northwest Westchester that the candidates for Croton-Harmon Board of Education seats will participate in a forum at the high school library on May 14, from 7 to 8 PM.
So far there are four known candidates: Incumbent Theo Oshiro, and first-time candidates Will Begeny, Allison Samuels, and Leslie Pollak. It is always possible that more candidates could join the race, since the deadline for filing candidacy petitions is not until April 21.
Rene Artale, president of the Northwest Westchester chapter, told us that district clerk Denise Bisaccia had “reached out to the League” and asked it to moderate the forum.
We will update this story as we get more details, for example, on whether the forum will be broadcast live, since there is limited seating in the library itself.
