This week the Board of Trustees will be considering two major housing projects in the village, at 1 Half Moon Bay Drive and at the former Parking Lot A. The time to make your voice heard is now.
This week, Wednesday and Thursday, the Croton-on-Hudson Board of Trustees is holding two meetings which will include subjects critical to the future of our village. At Wednesday’s regular Board meeting, the trustees will begin at least a preliminary discussion of a just submitted application by WBP Development LLC to construct a 100 unit, five story multifamily condominium project on the former site of Parking Lot A at the Croton-Harmon train station. The proposal envisions that all of the condos will be affordable.
